Robert Churchill has spent his legal career defending clients' interests in civil lawsuits. He began his legal career working for a Tallahassee, Florida civil litigation law firm defending doctors and other health care providers in medical negligence lawsuits. There, Mr. Churchill learned the practice of civil litigation working on complicated and contested legal issues with and against some of the best attorneys in Florida.

| In 2006, Mr. Churchill opened the Law Office of Robert G. Churchill, Jr., and focuses his practice on the protection of Florida consumers in unfair debt collections, debt settlement negotiation and debt lawsuit defense, tenant rights in landlord-tenant relationships, and consumer claims involving unfair or deceptive business practices.
As a member of The Florida Bar, Mr. Churchill is admitted to practice law in all Florida Courts. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He has represented clients in hundreds of civil cases and controversies, and has experience in administrative, civil trial, and appeal proceedings, and county and small claims matters. Mr. Churchill serves on the Florida Bar Association's Small Claims Rules Committee. |
